RB Mobility Services Sussex, from our base in Hertfordshire, offer a friendly and caring service to customers in Sussex needing new mobility equipment or repairs to existing products.

With over 30 years experience in the mobility industry we call on our extensive knowledge to find the right mobility product for you.

We visit you

Our service is completely hassle free. We visit you in your home to provide a no-obligation assessment of your needs and give our expert advice on the suitable options for you.

It is important to us that what you choose is going to stand up to your needs, which is why we also provide a try before you buy service. We bring recommended products to you for demonstration and to allow you to have a go to make sure it’s the right choice.

We get you mobile

Once you have made your choice our door to door service then delivers your new equipment directly to your home.

We then take the time to set it up correctly making sure it fits perfectly, is comfortable and that you are trained and confident in how to operate it safely.

We provide after sales support

Should you have any questions or queries regarding your mobility equipment once we leave, we are only a call away ready to help.

We keep you mobile

Every so often a breakdown or fault may occur with your equipment. The good news is that all our products come with a one year on-site warranty. If you experience any problems with the performance of your mobility scooter, wheelchair or chair, simply call our engineers and they will be with you to carry out repairs on-site.

If we are unable to fix it on-site we have a fully equipped workshop in which to carry out more complicated repairs. We will collect the faulty product, fix it and return it directly to you.

When repairs are going to take longer than 48 hours we can arrange for a courtesy vehicle to ensure you remain mobile.

We can also provide regular servicing and maintenance of all forms of mobility equipment to ensure their ongoing smooth and safe operation.
