RB Mobility Services Kent are a small friendly company based in Hertfordshire, with over 30 years of experience in the mobility industry.

We offer a personal and caring service to those in need of new mobility aids or repairs to existing products.

We bring our service to you

Our team of engineers travel throughout London and the Home Counties providing a door to door service.

We visit you to help assess your needs and provide advice on suitable mobility products. Whilst there we are also happy to answer any questions you may have.

Based on your selection we offer a try before you buy service allowing you to see a demonstration of the product and have a go yourself.

We get you mobile

Once happy with your choice we deliver your new equipment directly to you.

We then take the time to set it up correctly making sure it fits perfectly, is comfortable and that you are trained and confident in how to operate it safely.

After sales support comes as standard

Our support does not end there. Should you have any questions or queries regarding your mobility equipment once we leave, we are only a call away.

AWe keep you mobile

All our products come with a one year on-site warranty. If you experience any problems with the performance of your mobility scooter, wheelchair or riser chair, simply call our engineers. They then come to you to carry out repairs on-site.

If we are unable to fix it on-site we take your equipment back to our fully equipped workshop to carry out repairs. Once repaired and tested to our rigorous standards we deliver it back to you.

Where repairs take longer than 48 hours we arrange for a courtesy vehicle to ensure you remain mobile and independent.

We extend the same level of care and service to anyone with exiting mobility equipment that suffers a breakdown. Call our team for help with repairs to your mobility scooter, stairlift, wheelchair or riser chair.
