We visit you

We take the trouble out of choosing a new mobility scooter, wheelchair or riser chair. We visit you at your home to provide a thorough assessment of your needs and provide our expert advice on options to suit you, your needs and your life style.

Following this assessment we offer a try before you buy service allowing you to see a demonstration of products and to have a go to make sure you feel comfortable with your choice.

We get you mobile

Once you have selected your product we deliver it directly to your door. We then take the time to ensure it is set up correctly for you.

We make sure it fits perfectly, feels comfortable and that you receive training in how to operate it safely.

After sales support comes as standard

Our service does not end there. Should you have any questions or queries regarding your mobility equipment once we leave, we are only a call away ready to provide advice and support as needed.

We keep you mobile

Every so often a breakdown or fault may occur with your new equipment. The good news is that all our products come with a one year on-site warranty. If you do experience any problems with the performance of your mobility equipment simply call our engineers and they will visit you to fix it on-site.

For faults that we are unable to repair on-site we will take your equipment back to our fully equipped workshop for repair. Once repaired and tested to our rigorous standards we then return it back to you.

Where repairs are expected to that take longer than than 48 hours we arrange a courtesy vehicle for you to use so that you remain mobile and independent.

We extend the same level of care and service to anyone with exiting mobility equipment that suffers a breakdown. Call our team for help with repairs to your mobility scooter, stairlift, wheelchair or riser chair.
