It is important to us that the mobility equipment you choose is going to meet to your needs. We offer a no-obligation home visit to help assess your mobility and recommend suitable products.

Our try before you buy service brings recommended products to you for demonstration and trial so that you can make sure the choice is right for you.

We get you mobile

Once happy with your choice we deliver your new equipment directly to your door.
We then take the time to make sure it is set up correctly , fits you perfectly, is comfortable and that you are confident in operating it safely.

We provide after sales support

Should you have any questions once we leave, we are at the end of the phone ready to answer any queries you might have.

We keep you mobile

Occasionally a breakdown or fault may occur with your equipment. The good news is that all our products come with a one year on-site warranty. Any problems with your new product simply call our engineers and they will visit you to diagnose and fix the problem on-site.

Should the fault require us to repair it in our fully equipped workshop, we will collect the faulty product, fix it and return it directly to you. If it is away for longer than 48 hours we arrange a courtesy vehicle so that you can remain mobile.

We extend the same level of care and service to anyone with exiting mobility equipment that suffers a breakdown. Call our team for help with repairs to your mobility scooter, stairlift, wheelchair or riser chair.
