A home based service

We visit you in your home to take the trouble out of choosing your new mobility aid. Our engineers offer a no-obligation assessment of your needs with expert advice on options available.
It is important to us that what you choose is going to stand up to your needs, which is why we also provide a try before you buy service. By bringing recommended products to you for demonstration and trial you can make sure that your final choice is the right one for you.

We get you mobile

Once you are happy with your choice we deliver your new mobility scooter, wheelchair or riser chair to your door.

We then take the time to set it up correctly making sure it fits perfectly, is comfortable and that you are trained in how to operate it safely.

We provide continued support

Our personal service does not end there. Should you have any questions about your product once we leave, simply give us a call for advice and support.

We keep you mobile

Every so often a breakdown or fault may occur. The good news is that all our products come with a one year on-site warranty. Should you experience any problems a call to our engineers will bring them straight to your door to diagnose and fix the problem on-site.

For faults that require a little more attention we collect your equipment, fix and test it in our fully equipped workshop before returning it to you.

Where we expect repairs to take longer than 48 hours we arrange for a courtesy vehicle so you can remain mobile.

To ensure the ongoing smooth and safe operation of your mobility equipment we also provide regular servicing and maintenance.
