After sales care comes as standard
Should you have any questions or worries about your new product once we leave, we are only a call away to provide advice and support.
We keep you mobile
Occasionally minor faults or breakdowns do occur. The goods news is each of our products comes with a one year on-site warranty. Simply call our team of engineers who will travel to you to diagnose and fix the fault on-site.
In instances where your equipment needs a little more care and attention we’ll take it back to our fully equipped workshop to resolve the problem. If it’s away for more than 48 hours we’ll arrange a courtesy vehicle for you. Once fixed we return your equipment back to your door.
We extend the same level of care and service to anyone with exiting mobility equipment that suffers a breakdown. Call our team for help with repairs to your mobility scooter, stairlift, wheelchair or riser chair.
For your ongoing peace of mind we provide regular servicing and maintenance of all forms of mobility aids.
