From our fully equipped workshop in Hertfordshire, our team of mobility engineers provide a friendly and caring service to customers of RB Mobility Services Berkshire needing new mobility equipment or repairs to existing products.

We visit you at home to provide a no-obligation assessment of your needs to help find the right mobility equipment for you. We then bring recommended products to you so you can try before you buy.

We get you mobile

Once you are happy with your choice we deliver your new mobility scooter, wheelchair or riser chair directly to you.

We then take the time to set it up correctly for you making sure it fits perfectly, is comfortable and that you are trained in how to operate it safely.

We provide after sales support

Any questions once we leave, we’re at the end of the phone ready to support you and answer any queries you might have.

We keep you mobile

Occasionally accidents or breakdowns occur. The good news is all our products come with a one year on-site warranty. Any problems with your scooter, wheelchair or chair, simply call our engineers and they’ll be with you to diagnose and fix the problem on-site.

Should the repair need us to take your equipment back to our workshop, we offer a door-to-door service where we collect the faulty product, fix it and return it directly to you. If it’s away for longer than 48 hours we will also arrange for you to be left with a courtesy vehicle so you can remain mobile.

We extend the same level of care and service to anyone with exiting mobility equipment that suffers a breakdown. Call our team for help with your mobility scooter repairs, stairlift repairs, wheelchair repairs or riser chair repairs.
